How it gets done
From melt to tested tube.
01 / Melt + cast
Ameritube melts copper and casts the starting form in-house at its Hillsboro, TX plant.
02 / Pilger + draw
Pilgering and drawing bring the copper tube to the dimensions the application requires.
03 / Anneal + straighten
Annealing and straightening prepare the tube for a consistent, finished product.
04 / Test
Testing completes the in-house sequence before the tube leaves the plant.
